CREAMY PASTA AND VEGGIES
Preparation time: 15 minutes .Cook
time: 10 minutes .Makes 8 (main dish) servings
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, butter or margarine |
2 cups brocholi flowerets...... |
1 cup sliced red pepper, 1 inch lengths |
1 cup sliced carrots |
1 cup sliced mushrooms |
2 tomatoes, diced |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 can (15 oz.) Westbrae® Rocky |

Creamy UnChicken Soup |
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese |
16 oz. (1 lb) rotini pasta, cooked according |

drain and keep hot |

In a large
skillet, heat oil over medium
heat. Cook the broccoli, red pepper and
carrots until tender crisp, about 3 minutes,
stiring often. Add mushrooms, tomatoes
and garlic powder. Cook 1 minute, stirring
often. Add the Creamy UnChicken Soup
and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes, stirring
occationally. Toss with hot pasta. Top as
desired with Parmesan Cheese.
Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving..... |
