& CORN BAKE
Serves about 8 as a side dish

1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded |

Fresh ground pepper |
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper, optional |

  Heat beans and corn in medium saucepan
to almost boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer 2 minutes. Drain vegetables
and set aside. In the same saucepan, combine cheese, soup and pepper. Add
vegetables and set aside. In the same saucepan, combine cheese, soup and
pepper. Add vegetables, tossing all ingredients together. Heat over medium
heat, stirring occasionally. Pour into serving bowl. Toss red bell pepper
into mixture before serving, if desired. |
